  • Listed businesses and partners are independent third parties. Indian in Singapore is not affiliated with them, does not own or operate them, and is not their agent.
  • A listing (including "Featured" placement) is not an endorsement, certification, rating or guarantee of quality, licensing, pricing, safety, legality or ethical conduct.
  • We do not verify credentials, insurance, licences, reviews, tax status or the ongoing quality of any listed business.

4. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian in Singapore and anyone maintaining it will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, scam, fraud, personal data misuse, financial loss, missed opportunity or any other harm - direct, indirect, incidental or consequential - arising from:

  • your use of the site or reliance on any information on it;
  • any dealings, transactions, payments, contracts or communications with any business, partner, event organiser, group or user you discover through the site;
  • errors, omissions, outages or inaccuracies in the content;
  • third-party links, integrations, embedded content or maps.

Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied with any part of the site is to stop using it.

5. Report a problem

If a business, partner, event or user is behaving fraudulently, misleadingly, harmfully or illegally, please tell us so we can review and remove the listing. This does not make us responsible for the third party's conduct, but we will act on credible reports quickly.

Email hey@indianinsingapore.com with the listing name, URL, and a short description of the issue. For criminal matters (fraud, scams, threats), also report to the Singapore Police Force via police.gov.sg or ScamShield.

6. Live data

Currency rates, stock indices, weather and similar tickers are fetched from public third-party APIs. Values may be delayed, incorrect or interrupted. Do not use them for trading or financial decisions.
